Whole Foods Co-op Overwhelmingly Ratifies First Union Contract
With a 67:1 vote, workers at Whole Foods Co-op in Duluth overwhelmingly voted in favor of the proposed settlement and ratified their first Union contract. Good things sometimes take time and this contract was no exception. The Union committee and the employer took the time necessary to make sure that they built an agreement that worked for everybody. The Union committee did an awesome job making sure that their co-workers stayed informed throughout the year long process and ensured that the voices of all were heard at the bargaining table. Congratulations to the committee and to all of the members at the Denfeld and Hillside stores for standing together and earning your first Union contract.
