On Friday, October 23, 2015 members from the Service and Maintenance and LPN bargaining units at Highland Chateau Care Center in Saint Paul, overwhelmingly ratified their respective contracts. The negotiating committees were very excited about the outcomes of negotiations, both in terms of gains made for the membership and that they were able to negotiate on the same day and their contracts now align. Some of the most significant gains were made in the areas of wages, an increased amount for uniform allowance, holiday pay, and bonuses. Some long-term concerns about step-increases were also finally resolved. Congratulations to the members at "The Chateau"!
