UFCW Local 1189 has reached a tentative agreement with St. Michael's. Ratification vote will be held on November 29, 2017. There are several language changes. Management agreed to pay any changes to health care as deemed by the Trustees. Currently the Employer pays 87% and the Employee pays 13% of the cost of plan A. This is a 3-year contract with wage increases in each year of the contract. The wage increases are as follows:
1. December 28, 2017 .35 cents per hour all rates all brackets.
