Essentia Health Duluth-MDMC Negotiations Update- March 8

Your UFCW Negotiation Committee met with Essentia Health March 6th, 7th and 8th.  It was long days but we were able to complete our non-economic portion of negotiations and secure language that offers better protections in your day to day work. Non-economic issues would be items such as the grievance procedure and attendance. 

We are scheduled to meet again March 26th, 27th and 28th to begin our economic negotiations.  We will provide further updates as we progress through the negotiations.

Once we have reached an agreement, there will be time to review what was agreed upon and you will be allowed to vote to accept the agreement or reject the agreement.
