Super One Bargaining Update: 10/9/2025

We have made positive progress in negotiations over the last two days.

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who wore their UFCW pins at work! Your incredible show of solidarity sent a powerful message directly to the Employer. Because of that pressure, the Employer's last proposal was to remain in the current healthcare fund. While more work needs to be done to secure the current health care fund, we believe this is a positive step in the right direction to protect this benefit. 

On wages, we continue to reject the Employer's low offers. We are standing strongly for a better offer and demanding that they get authorization for more.
