Vireo/Green Goods Second Bargaining Update

The Union and the Employer met on October 17 and had another productive bargaining session. 

We have created new protections against discrimination and harassment, and added new enforcement for rights for trans and non-binary workers. 

Still at issues are tips for retail workers, as well as language from the employer that would require all retail workers to be available for nights and weekends and language from the employer allowing increased freedom for managers to do bargaining unit work, as well as some other language issues. 

Once these are resolved we can move into bargaining over economics, including holidays, wages, and other economic items.
