Tentative Agreement Reached at Super One Foods

After over eight months of negotiations, the workers at Super One Foods in Northern Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin will finally get to vote on a new contract that secures wage increases for the next three years and keeps the current healthcare plan!  

You will find the newly proposed wage grids here. All wage increases will be back dated to April 20th, 2025. 

The contract also transitions from vacation time to PTO, allowing workers more flexibility and protection for sick and safe time. Workers applying for apprenticeships will get seniority preference and will now be able to combine their fifteen-minute breaks with approval, so that they can take more time at once if they need to.  

The negotiating committee was able to secure funding to keep the good, union-backed health insurance workers can rely on. 

Super One employees are encouraged to join us for a meeting to discuss the details of the TA and answer any questions you may have. Wednesday, November 19th at 5 pm, virtually or in person at the Labor Temple, Hall B or in Hibbing, location TBD

Voting will take place on December 3rd 2025. Voting will be at all sites with a AM and PM time slot. 

The Full TA’s will be posted on Monday, November 17th for member review and consideration.
