Negotiations have been ongoing and the Union received economic proposals from all employers during the week of April 6. Those economic proposals can be viewed below:

UFCW 1189 currently has one vacancy on its Northern Division executive board and one vacancy on its Southern Division executive board. Eligible members should submit their letter of interest to President Adam Evenstad.
Retail bargaining commenced with all five employers on January 27, 2026. Non-economic proposals were exchanged between the Union and all employers. Bargaining will resume on February 17, 2026. See proposals below:
